Livestock Expo Built Partnerships & Collaborations for Sustainable Livestock Productivity
The 2nd edition Six Nations Livestock Genetics & Equipment Tech Expo 2026, which was presented from 11-12th September in Nairobi is considered a great success by all accounts.
A record number of 511 visitors over the two days - as well as growing exhibitors numbers - confirms the regional livestock expo popularity among State Department of Livestock Development, Government agencies, stakeholders, international breeders, embassies, farmers, exhibitors, opinion makers and everyone who has a heart for livestock production.

“A noticeable calm prevailed at Six Nations Livestock Expo throughout the two days and everything flowed at Kinga Resort grounds.
"We were blessed with a good Six Nations Expo" said Henry Kioko. "With lovely sunny weather, it was a good show, which certainly also contributed to the good attendance," he added.
The organising secretatiat confirms exhibitors, guests, farmers, prospect partners were satisfied with the business conducted at the expo. "The overall friendliness and spontaneity of exhibitors and visitors noticed everywhere on the site was just nice".

"This year's theme, Innovating Resilience and Improved Genetics for Sustainable Livestock Productivity, involved selective breeding, crossbreeding, and climate-smart management to boost productivity while reducing environmental impact.
Fostering Sustainability and Resilience topics were extensively covered by Dr. Kibii Komen PhD and Mr. Jerome of Rhino baler covering on resources efficiency, low emmision and system integration.

Six Nations Livestock Genetics Expo dates for next year have been set for 29 May - 1 June 2027.
